NCC NO AS is a line production and film facilitation company based in Norway. We help international film, TV, music video and commercial productions shoot here — location scouting, permits, crew hiring, logistics and full production support. Since 2022 we have delivered 14 productions in Norway for 133 visiting crew, mainly from India.

Your One-Stop Partner for Film and Video Production
We handle the Norwegian side of your production from first recce to final wrap: location scouting and location agreements, filming permits, invitation letters and visa-support documentation, Norwegian crew and equipment, accommodation, transport and on-set coordination. We also advise on the Norwegian production incentive, which refunds up to 25% of qualifying spend in Norway.

NCC NO AS is registered in Norway under organisation number 930 070 165, classified for film, video and television production, and VAT registered. We contract and pay Norwegian crew and extras directly — your production works with a Norwegian legal entity, not an intermediary.

Fourteen productions delivered in Norway since November 2022, 133 visiting crew hosted and over EUR 400,000 in Norway-side production spend coordinated — including feature films for Shri Narotam Ji Studios and Top Notch Studios. The Oslo Film Commission is a reference for our work.
Built for productions coming from Asia
Most of our productions travel from India. We know where the friction is — visa documentation, embassy timelines, budget expectations and the practical gap between an Indian shooting schedule and Norwegian permits, weather and daylight. NCC operates from Norway and Singapore.
One point of contact, recce to wrap
You deal with one team for the whole Norwegian leg. We scout and confirm locations, clear the permits, book crew and vehicles, meet you at the airport and stay on set until wrap. Start with a paid recce or a feasibility view before you commit to a shoot.
