We do not send unsolicited email

Norwegian Cultural Center (NCC NO AS, org. no. 930 070 165) does not send unsolicited commercial email, bulk email or marketing email of any kind. We operate no mailing list, no newsletter and no email marketing programme.

Advertising this website by unsolicited message is prohibited

It is expressly prohibited to advertise, promote or reference norwegianculturalcenter.com, or any address or subdomain of it, in unsolicited electronic messages. This prohibition applies without exception to:

• Norwegian Cultural Center itself, its directors, officers and staff;
• any affiliate, agent, partner, reseller, contractor or representative acting for us;
• any third party acting on our behalf, with our authorisation, or for our benefit, whether paid or unpaid.

This prohibition covers unsolicited email, SMS, instant messaging, messaging applications, forum and comment spam, and any other unsolicited electronic communication, sent to any recipient, in any country.

We do not engage, pay, reward or accept traffic from any party that advertises this website by unsolicited message. We do not operate an affiliate programme. Any party advertising this website by unsolicited message does so without our knowledge, authorisation or consent, and in breach of this policy.

What email this domain does send

The only email sent from norwegianculturalcenter.com is transactional and one-to-one:

• replies to enquiries that the recipient sent to us first;
• notifications generated by our own website contact form, delivered to our own staff;
• routine correspondence with clients, suppliers and partners in the course of business.

All outbound mail for this domain is sent through Google Workspace and is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Reporting a breach

If you receive any unsolicited message advertising or referencing this website, we want to know. Please forward it, with full message headers, to [email protected]. We will investigate every report, and we will terminate any relationship with any party found to be in breach of this policy.

Enforcement

Breach of this policy by a partner, contractor or representative is grounds for immediate termination of the relationship without notice. We will cooperate with mailbox providers, blocklist operators and law enforcement investigating abuse involving this domain.
