Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website of the Norwegian Cultural Center (NCC) at https://ncc.us23.cdn-alpha.com/ (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Site or use our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by NCC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Site without our express written permission.

Description of Services

NCC operates as a creative ecosystem offering:
  • Film Production Support: Including location scouting, logistics, permits, and talent sourcing.
  • Cultural Events & Exhibitions: Under the “Borderless” brand.
  • Cultural Tours: Tailor-made travel experiences in Norway.
  • All service descriptions on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. The specifics of any service engagement, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment, will be governed by a separate, binding Service Agreement.

User Representations and Conduct

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate NCC, an NCC employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm NCC or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

Your use of the Site and its content is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. NCC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Site, or the information, content, materials, or products included thereon.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NCC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NCC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Site, or a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway and Singapore, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norway and Singapore.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
