We are looking for photos and videos from the Norwegian and international community that showcase the true spirit of 17 Mai/Constitution Day.

Send us your favourite moments—your best version of a cake, your family waving mini Norwegian flags or eating ice cream. Ja, vi elsker dette landet!

how to contribute

Photo and video requirements

  • Landscape photo and video format
  • 1080p resolution if possible
  • Videos up to 30s in duration
  • Old and new materials are welcome
  • Open to Norwegians and friends of Norway around the world
Submission deadline: April 30. 

Please note:
 The Norwegian Cultural Center has the right to decline materials showcasing profanity, violence, and inappropriate messages.

By submitting your photos and videos, you give the Norwegian Cultural Center permission to use them for the intended purpose.

Materials submitted will be exclusively used for the 17 Mai video published online by the Norwegian Cultural Center and partners. 

We will publish the music video on May 17, CET.
