What can we learn from the New Nordic Cuisine?
This month saw the UK government appoint a new cost of living tsar David Buttress. The co-founder of the fast food delivery app Just Eat will be working alongside prominent MPs to assist with food programmes amid the increase in the cost of living.
Whilst the British population awaits on new measures to help ease the cost of living, we sat down with the Norwegian Cultural Centre to discuss how to adopt a simpler and cleaner meals similar to the New Nordic Cuisine.
